Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed, and customers will be notified accordingly.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows: domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 7–15 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
